Long-horizon living. A Hamptons development project exploring architecture as atmosphere — light, horizon, and material in dialogue with the highest elevations in the Hamptons. A 10,000 sq ft residence conceived as a study in scale, restraint, and material presence. Developed collaboratively as a site-responsive design embedded within pine and oak woodland, oriented toward distant Atlantic views. Private commission.
